Getting Started
How much time is required?
Very little. Rally Up manages registration, player communication, scheduling support, standings, and league administration. Your organization primarily helps promote the league and provides access to courts.
What does "turnkey" mean?
It means that Rally Up handles the day-to-day operations of the league so your staff doesn't have to manage registrations, answer participant questions, maintain standings, or coordinate league administration.
How do we become a Founding Partner?
Simply contact us here through the website (email listed at the bottom of the page) or reply to one of our outreach emails. We'll set up an introductory conversation to learn about your organization and determine whether the partnership is a good fit.
League Operations
Why should we partner with Rally Up instead of running the league ourselves?
Many organizations certainly can run their own leagues. Our goal isn't to replace that option, it's to provide a turnkey alternative for organizations that want to expand pickleball programming and generate revenue without dedicating additional staff time to league administration. By handling registrations, participant communication, standings, scheduling support, and day-to-day operations, we allow recreation professionals to focus on other priorities while still benefitting from an organized league program.
How are matches scheduled?
Players schedule matches within league guidelines during each scoring period. This flexible format makes participation easier for people with varying schedules while reducing administrative work for your organization.
Who handles player questions?
Rally Up serves as the primary point of contact for league participants throughout the season.
What happens if bad weather affects matches?
Since leagues are designed with flexible scheduling windows, participants can typically reschedule within the scoring period. We'll partner with your organization to establish weather policies that fit your facilities.
How many courts do we need?
Many organizations can successfully host leagues using just a few dedicated courts. This can even include indoor courts with portable nets. We'll work with your organization to determine an appropriate setup based on your facilities and expected participation.
Financial Questions
How does the revenue sharing model work?
Registration revenue is shared between Rally Up Pickleball and your organization according to the agreed-upon partnership. Specific terms are coordinated before launching a league and revenue share is paid out toward the end of each league session.
Who collects registration fees?
Rally Up manages online registration and payment collection, making the process simple for participants and reducing administrative work for your organization.
Are there any upfront costs?
No, there are no upfront costs at this time.
About Rally Up
Why are you starting with Founding Partners?
We're intentionally partnering with a limited number of organizations during our initial launch so we can provide personalized support, gather feedback, and refine the program before expanding.
Can we start with a pilot season?
Absolutely! In fact, that's what the Founding Partner Program is designed for. Pilot seasons allow both organizations to evaluate the partnership, have an open feedback loop, and tailor the league to meet your needs and goals before planning future leagues.

Do we need to schedule a meeting?
Not at all, unless you'd like to. We're happy to answer questions by email and can discuss the partnership at whatever pace works best for your organization.
